The ideal candidate will have experience in money handling, knowledge of opening bank products and services, excellent communication and phone skills, computer skills, and be a team player. Quitman Branch Manager:

As Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Quitman branch, develop business by initiating and building strong relationships with new and existing members, coach, mentor, and develop the staff, generate and increase loan and deposit volume, uncover members needs and develop products designed to meet those needs. Also, supervise and direct the branch staff to coordinate daily workflow and time off, ensure audit and compliance measures are met daily, serve as a back up to the tellers, order money, refill the ATM, perform member service duties, lending duties and make sure the building and grounds are maintained. The ideal candidate for the position will have a proven track record for producing, coaching, and leading staff members. At least five years of management experience is desired, must be able to work as a team, have intuitive to get things done, be able to multitask, and complete deadlines.
